Terms Chambres d\u2019Hotes and cottage Fleur de Lys Bleue<\/h3>\n

Under French law , only the French text of our terms and conditions are valid. What follows is a translation .<\/p>\n

Article 1 \u2013 Application<\/p>\n

The general conditions are applicable to each stay at our bed and breakfast and gite , unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by the owner or lessor.<\/p>\n

Article 2 \u2013 Stay<\/p>\n

The stay in our bed and breakfast and cottage is only possible for tourist reasons, with a limited duration . The guest can not under any circumstances seek some right to perpetuate his stay .<\/p>\n

Article 3 \u2013 Reservation<\/p>\n

The reservation is only valid if the guest has paid the deposit, this payment is 50% of the reservation. Our prices for the chambres d\u2019hotes are all-in, including breakfast and coffee \/ tea.<\/p>\n

Article 4 \u2013 Payment<\/p>\n

The remaining amount must be paid no later than four weeks before arrival to our account . Meals and drinks will be settled on the day of departure.<\/p>\n

Article 5 \u2013 Cancellation by the guest<\/p>\n

Any cancellation must be announced in writing. The following costs will be charged :<\/p>\n

a) cancellation up to 3 months before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded 50%;<\/p>\n

b) cancellation between 3 months and 4 weeks before the start of the stay: the deposit is not repaid, the balance will be forgiven;<\/span>
\nc ) if canceled less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay: charged for the full amount;<\/p>\n

d) if the guest upon arrival decides to shorten the stay, the entire booked stay will still be charged.<\/p>\n

Article 6 \u2013 Canceled by the owners<\/p>\n

Should the owners be compelled to cancel the stay, the guest will be immediately informed in writing. The guest will receive more funds paid immediately returned .<\/p>\n

Article 7 \u2013 Arrival<\/p>\n

In case of a late arrival ( after 19:00 ), the guest must inform the owner thereof. If it is a short stay, and the guest has not arrived before 19:00 , the agreement is considered not concluded. The owner may then have the room. The deposit is not refunded in this case.<\/p>\n

Article 8 \u2013 Taxes<\/p>\n

The tourist tax ( taxe de s\u00e9jour) is a local tax , which must be paid to the owner by the guest. This amount is included in the overnight rate. The owner pays the residence tax to the tax collector .<\/p>\n

Article 9 \u2013 Use of the guest rooms in and around the house<\/p>\n

The guest is supposed to keep the peace, and installations, buildings and furniture exclusively use for which they are intended. The guest is obliged to leave the rooms in good condition.<\/p>\n

Article 10 \u2013 Capacity<\/p>\n

The agreement is always concluded for an exact number of people. If the number of guests is higher than agreed and there are no other rooms available, the owner can refuse the additional guests access. This refusal can by no means be understood as a modification or cancellation of the contract based on the owner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 11 \u2013 Pets<\/p>\n

Pets are only after consultation with the owner (prior to arrival) allowed on the rooms in the building or on the grounds of our bed and breakfast. The refusal of pets can by no means be understood as a modification or cancellation of the contract based on the owner.<\/p>\n

Article 12 \u2013 Smoking<\/p>\n

Our home, guest rooms and the cottage are non-smoking. In consultation with the owner it is allowed to smoke on the terrace, provided this does not disturb the other guests.<\/p>\n
